Shipping Policy
ALP ships Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and packing before shipment. Delivery times begin once your order has shipped.
Shipping OptionsEconomy: 2-7 business days after shipment. $5.99 for orders under $80, free for orders over $80.
UPS Ground: 1-5 business days after shipment.
UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days after shipment.
UPS 3 Day Select: 3 business days after shipment.
UPS Next Day Air Saver: 1 business day after shipment.
All UPS Rates are calculated at checkout. Available shipping options and rates are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates do not include processing time.
Coverage and RestrictionsALP ships to most U.S. states and military bases, but some states, counties, territories, and regions are restricted due to local laws. If shipping is not available for your address, your options will be limited at checkout, or your order may not be completed. ALP does not currently offer international shipping.
Instant DeliveryInstant Delivery may be available in eligible areas and will appear at checkout when available. Fees are calculated at checkout. A valid ID and signature are required at delivery, and you must be present to receive the order. If you are unavailable, the order may be canceled. Tracking and DelaysOnce your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Please allow up to 2 business days for tracking updates to appear. Shipping times are estimates only and may be delayed by weather, carrier issues, or high order volume.
Order IssuesIf your order is damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact ALP within 5 business days of delivery and include your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. If your package shows as delivered but was not received, contact us and we will make a reasonable effort to assist.
Changes, Returns, and ReviewOrders cannot be changed or canceled after they ship. All sales are final. If there is a product defect or shipping error, contact ALP within 30 days of delivery. All orders are subject to review and may be delayed, canceled, or refused for fraud, compliance, or age-verification reasons.
