Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified, so we encourage customers to carefully review their selections before completing checkout.

That said, we stand by the craftsmanship and quality of our products. If you experience an issue with your order due to a product defect or shipping error, we’re here to make it right. Please reach out to our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll work quickly to resolve the problem. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the issue to help us assist you as efficiently as possible.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
If refunded for damage or defects, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
