subscription program terms & conditions
1. Enrollment & Eligibility
The ALP Subscription Rewards Program (“Program”) is available to U.S. customers who maintain an active ALP subscription account. The Program is not available to wholesale customers. Participants must comply with all applicable federal and state laws governing subscription products.
2. Streak & Tier Qualification
Tier progression is based on consecutive successful subscription charges (“streak”). A streak resets if all subscriptions are cancelled or if a payment attempt fails. Skipped orders do not reset streak status.
The base subscription discount is 5%. The 10% tier is distributed as an additional 5% on top of the base 5%. The 15% tier is distributed as an additional 10% on top of the base 5%. All tier discounts are rounded up. Discounts apply to eligible subscription items only and cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
3. One-Time Rewards
The 20% bonus discount, free exclusive tin, and free shipping credit are one-time rewards available exclusively to new customers who enroll in an ALP subscription on or after March 1, 2026. Once claimed, these rewards may not be reissued, reclaimed, or earned again, including in the event of cancellation and reactivation.
Free shipping is issued as a credit equal to the shipping cost (maximum $5.99) on domestic subscription orders under $80 in value. Free shipping does not apply to expedited shipping options.
4. Reactivation Policy
Customers who cancel their subscription may reactivate within fifteen (15) days and retain their previously earned 10% or 15% tier discount. However, progression toward higher tiers resets upon cancellation.
If more than fifteen (15) days elapse before reactivation, the subscription returns to the base 5% tier and streak progression restarts from the beginning.
5. Product & Regulatory Restrictions
Due to state regulations, subscription products may not be modified once enrolled. Rewards and tier discounts apply only to eligible subscription products and are subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
6. Program Changes & Termination
ALP may, at its sole discretion, modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, tier structure, rewards, or eligibility requirements at any time, with or without prior notice. ALP may adjust, revoke, or cancel any rewards or tier status if it suspects fraud, abuse, misuse, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
7. Fraud, Abuse & Misuse
Any attempt to manipulate streaks, exploit discounts, use multiple accounts, or otherwise game the system may result in immediate disqualification from the Program and suspension of subscription benefits.
8. Liability & Disclaimer
ALP makes no warranties regarding the availability or continued offering of Program rewards or discounts. ALP shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or costs incurred in connection with participation in the Program.
9. Amendments
ALP reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms become effective upon posting to the ALP website.
