We do not offer any modifications to orders once they have been placed. Similarly, we cannot cancel an order once it has shipped. We aim to ship online orders in 1-2 business day. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to assist you if the product has not shipped.

ALP ships orders out Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We aim to get orders out in 1-3 business days depending on the number of orders we have. Busier periods may result in longer processing and packing times.

Once your order leaves the warehouse, delivery timelines depend on the shipping method selected at checkout:

Economy: 2-7 business days
UPS Ground: 1-5 business days
UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days
UPS 3 Day Select: 3 business days
UPS Next Day Air Saver: 1 business day

Delivery estimates begin after your order has shipped and do not include processing time.

We also offer Instant Delivery in eligible delivery zones. If Instant Delivery is available for your address and eligible products are in your cart, you will see that option at checkout. Please note that Instant Delivery requires a signature and valid ID at delivery, and you must be present to receive the order.

We do! To see if you are eligible for Instant Delivery and to receive your order in as little as 30 minutes, visit our Instant Delivery collection page. Enter your address or zip code to determine if you are in zone. Accessories or products other than nicotine pouches are typically not eligible for Instant Delivery.

If you are in an eligible zone, with eligible products in your cart, you will see an "Instant Delivery" shipping option at checkout. We encourage customers who take advantage of Instant Delivery to tip their courier! The entire tip goes to them.

Please note that Instant Delivery requires a signature on delivery, so you must be present to receive the order with a valid ID. Failure to receive the delivery may disqualify you for refunds, and ALP will not refund the delivery cost for failed deliveries.

If your order shows as shipped but tracking has not updated yet, the shipping label has likely been created and the package may not have been scanned into the carrier’s system yet.

Tracking updates can sometimes take time to appear, especially during busy shipping periods, weather delays, or carrier processing backlogs. In most cases, tracking begins updating shortly after the carrier receives and scans the package.

If you haven’t received your ALP order, don’t worry, we’re here to help! First, check your tracking information to see if there are any updates on your package’s location. If the tracking status hasn’t changed or shows a delivery issue, please contact our customer support team.

Occasionally this issue can happen. Most of the time, we received your order and this is an issue with the email. If you never received any confirmation email, take these steps:

Check your ALP account

When you place an order with ALP, you will have an account automatically created with the email used on your order. Log in to check your order status:

On desktop, click the person icon in the top right of the header menu to login. On mobile phones, the login button is at the bottom of the main menu.

Type in your email and you will receive a single-use passcode emailed to you. Type in the passcode on the ALP login page. You will then be able to view any orders and their status associated with that email address.

Check the Shop App

The Shop App by Shopify allows you to view the status of orders placed online. Download the app on your smart phone and see if the order has come through there.
