We do not offer any modifications to orders once they have been placed. Similarly, we cannot cancel an order once it has shipped. We aim to ship online orders in 1-2 business day. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to assist you if the product has not shipped.

All of our products are shipped from our facility in Louisville, KY. Shipping in the United States usually takes between 1-5 business days depending on your location and method of shipping. We aim to get orders out the door in 1-3 business days.

In this scenario, your order has left our warehouse, but it has not yet been scanned into the shipping carrier's system. We often see this during busy seasons when shipping carriers are overwhelmed or facing weather challenges. While this situation nearly always resolves itself, the delays can be frustrating. Occasionally this issue can happen. Most of the time, we received your order and this is an issue with the email. If you never received any confirmation email, take these steps:

Check your ALP account

When you place an order with ALP, you will have an account automatically created with the email used on your order. Log in to check your order status:

On desktop, click the person icon in the top right of the header menu to login. On mobile phones, the login button is at the bottom of the main menu.

Type in your email and you will receive a single-use passcode emailed to you. Type in the passcode on the ALP login page. You will then be able to view any orders and their status associated with that email address.

Check the Shop App

The Shop App by Shopify allows you to view the status of orders placed online. Download the app on your smart phone and see if the order has come through there.
